Input/Output Modules

The modules for the TB20 are delivered as an “all-in-one” solution. No headaches about which front connector or which base module is necessary. The module has the matching accessories already pre-assembled. After a click on the top-hat rail, the wiring begins.

EtherCAT

EtherCAT’s high performance and efficiency make it ideal for demanding applications in areas such as machine building, automotive, robotics and more. With the EtherCAT / PROFINET coupler, you can exchange data directly at the I/O level between machines.

Ethernet / IP

Ethernet / IP is a widespread fieldbus technology, especially in America. If a production line consisting of several individual machines is interlinked, communication between different fieldbus technologies such as PROFINET and Ethernet / IP may be necessary.

ModbusTCP

ModbusTCP is widely used in automation technology and can be retrofitted on many devices and test benches such as IPCs. With suitable gateways, e.g. a PLC with PROFINET can be connected to a ModbusTCP network.

CAN-Bus

The Helmholz CAN bus gateways enable connection to S7 controllers equipped with other fieldbus technologies via PROFIBUS or PROFINET. The CAN network is expanded with bridges and the appropriate CAN bus connectors.
